time to time, the Tribunal makes use of ATFP Procedure Rules,

under NDPS; ATFP (Conditions of Service of Chairman and
Members) Rules, 1978 made under SAFEMA; and ATFP (Conditions
of Service of Chairman and Members) Rules, 1989 made under
NDPS. Copies of
the said Rules are enclosed as Annex
5A, 5B, 5C
and 5D respectively.

special documents are held. Judicial files pertaining to
appeals and petitions and administrative files pertaining to
day-to-day administration & establishment matters of the
office are maintained.
