Permission for loans under Article 293 (3) of the Constitution:

             Permission under Article 293(3) of the Constitution for raising the borrowings for State Development Loans (SLR), negotiated loans, and bonds/debentures as provided in the Annual Scheme of Financing is given by this division since April, 1st, 2005 that was hitherto handled by the Budget Division.
