The Administration Wing of the Department of Expenditure consists of the following sections:

8)                  Receipts & Issues Branch and

Major Functions

All personnel matters of the employees working in the Department of Expenditure (main), cadre management of the Indian Cost Accounts Service, Central Secretariat Service, Central Secretariat Stenographers’ Service, Central Secretariat Clerical Service, vigilance matters of Department of Expenditure, CGHS matters of the Department, Internal Security Arrangements of the Department of Expenditure, coordination matters like circulation of various circulars pertaining to administrative matters, collection of funds on Armed Forces’ Flag Day, Grant of honorarium to the employees of the Department, Matters relating to National Institute of Financial Management, Faridabad, Welfare matters, purchase/maintenance of office stationery, maintenance of office building, preparation of budget estimates, revised estimates relating to “Office Expenses” in respect of Department of Expenditure, Liaison with CPWD/ Horticulture Department, coordination of parliamentary matters etc.
