Details of all IRS(C&CE) officers must be certified personally by the concerned controlling Chief Commissioner/Director General/Commissioner and forwarded to Commissioner, DOPM in terms of D.O.F. No. 8/37/DB/DOPM/2005 dated 31.10.2005 of the then Member(P&A) addressed to all Chief Commissioners of Central Excise/Customs, all Director Generals and all Commissioners (incharge of directorates).
